1. AGENCY HEAD
Job Summary
- Provide leadership in steering the affairs of the agency in order to achieve the set goals of the agency
- Ensure acquisition and retention of customers by delivering the best service
- Be responsible for staff management at the Agency
- Ensure the timely submission of regulatory and prudential returns to Operations Manager for collation.
- Prepare annual financial projections and any other plans and programs that will impact positively the profitability of the agency
- Perform any other activities that will be assigned by the Head of Operations or CEO
Qualification Required & Experience
- First Degree in Banking & Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Marketing, Economics or an acceptable professional part qualification such as ACCA, ICAG, ACIB, CIMA with at least 5 years working experience, 2 of which must be at agency management level
- Knowledge of T24 Banking application
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
- ACIB and Master’s will be an added advantage

2.CREDIT OFFICER
Job Summary
- Responsible for the screening of loan requests, evaluation of client's financial information and assessment of risk ratios for the approval of loan requests.
- Responsible for loan monitoring and recovery.
- Any other duties assigned by the Head of Credit or CEO
Qualification Required & Experience
- A Degree in Accounting, Commerce, economics, banking and finance or any relevant degree or an acceptable professional part qualification such as ACCA, ICAG, ACIB, CIMA plus a minimum of 3 years work experience in a similar role.
- Must be computer literate, with proficiency in T24 banking software and Microsoft office
- Sound knowledge in Banking, Banking Law and Practice.
- Excellent Management, entrepreneurial and administrative skills.
- High sense of responsibility and result oriented work attitude.
- Good interpersonal skills.

3. CLERICAL STAFF
Job Description
- Daily passing of voucher and writing of registers
- Provide clerical support for effective and efficient operations of the Bank
- Handle customer financial transaction
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints
- Educate customers on the banks products and services
- Undertake any other duties that may be assigned by the Agency Manager and/or the Operations Manager.
Qualification Required & Experience
- A Bachelor's Degree /HND from a recognised university or an acceptable professional part qualification such as ACCA, ICAG, ACIB, CIMA
- Microsoft excel is as an added advantage
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience with one year as a clerk or teller of a bank
- Must have a good knowledge of the T24 banking application software
