Job Summary

  1. Provide leadership in steering the affairs of the agency in order to achieve the set goals of the agency
  2. Ensure acquisition and retention of customers by delivering the best service
  3. Be responsible for staff management at the Agency
  4. Ensure the timely submission of regulatory and prudential returns to Operations Manager for collation.
  5. Prepare annual financial projections and any other plans and programs that will impact positively the profitability of the agency
  6. Perform any other activities that will be assigned by the Head of Operations or CEO

Qualification Required & Experience

  1. First Degree in Banking & Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Marketing, Economics or an acceptable professional part qualification such as ACCA, ICAG, ACIB, CIMA with at least 5 years working experience, 2 of which must be at agency management level
  2. Knowledge of T24 Banking application
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
  4. ACIB and Master’s will be an added advantage

Job Summary

  • Responsible for the screening of loan requests, evaluation of client's financial information and assessment of risk ratios for the approval of loan requests.
  • Responsible for loan monitoring and recovery.
  • Any other duties assigned by the Head of Credit or CEO

Qualification Required & Experience

  1. A Degree in Accounting, Commerce, economics, banking and finance or any relevant degree or an acceptable professional part qualification such as ACCA, ICAG, ACIB, CIMA plus a minimum of 3 years work experience in a similar role.
  2. Must be computer literate, with proficiency in T24 banking software and Microsoft office
  3. Sound knowledge in Banking, Banking Law and Practice.
  4. Excellent Management, entrepreneurial and administrative skills.
  5. High sense of responsibility and result oriented work attitude.
  6. Good interpersonal skills.

Job Description

  1. Daily passing of voucher and writing of registers
  2. Provide clerical support for effective and efficient operations of the Bank
  3. Handle customer financial transaction
  4. Handle customer enquiries and complaints
  5. Educate customers on the banks products and services
  6. Undertake any other duties that may be assigned by the Agency Manager and/or the Operations Manager.

Qualification Required & Experience

  1. A Bachelor's Degree /HND from a recognised university or an acceptable professional part qualification such as ACCA, ICAG, ACIB, CIMA
  2. Microsoft excel is as an added advantage
  3. Minimum of 2 years of work experience with one year as a clerk or teller of a bank
  4. Must have a good knowledge of the T24 banking application software
